Prologue

Every human has an inner "Skyground".

We ARCHETYPES and our human use this SKYGROUND to study human and archetypal identities -- where the seeds of many Earth-world problems can be found, for new solutions. Our environment is often called "id".

Following is an early history, describing how our version of Skyground was established many years ago.

One morning in 1942, while being put to sleep for a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy (T & A surgery) – the "passport" for entering school in our town during the 1940s – a frightened 5-year-old child asked two urgent questions of a growing void:

"Who am I?" and "What should I do?"

The questions shared a dark personal background: Previous painful surgeries; family divorce; separation from parents and transfer to a town and state far away, to live with grandparents; daily radio news-reports of ongoing horrors from the battlefields and prison camps of World War II; the murder of a teenage friend; and a tendency of young children to feel personally responsible for all terrible events.

During surgery, a long dream followed those two questions. But the answers the dream held were beyond the understanding of a 5-year-old child.

Yet, the images and information in the dream were so strange and important to our dreamer that they inspired a lifetime of self-searching and research into the very limited information available, about the origins of human identity and the roots of human thought and behavior.

Slowly rising out of that research has come the dreamer's realization: The "voids" of existence are actually filled with unmanifested potential that can now be described as archetypal…

…for the 1942 dream had revealed the gametic ORIGINS and ELEMENTS of the patterns of instinct and human behavior.

And those first elements are used by the Laws of The Creative Process to produce the humanoid shapes that Plato, Sigmund Freud, Carl Jung, and others have called ARCHETYPES – patterns that hold and control the "properties" of both human personalities and mythological characters.

Our dreamer has finally concluded that a newborn infant's identity is not "human" but is archetypal, a thesis that is supported by the religious doctrine of Original Sin – which demonizes both the inborn personality-archetypes AND the newborn infant.

As a child's Ego becomes "humanized" and socialized through The Weaning and the development of a social-conscience, the patterns and layers of archetypal identity become *containers* and *foundations* that are intended to shape, connect, and support the elements of HUMAN identity and personality. But *socialization* causes all "forbidden" information to be suppressed into the archetypal patterns. Then superstition and layered ignorance intervene to pervert inborn intention, giving us the world we have today.

We are aware of those events because the dreamer's archetypes are US – now called to help share this information that can begin to help make corrections. For WE are the ones who answered those two urgent questions in 1942. And our elements can now be made visible:

Our child-dreamer began naming us in 1949. And by sharing Our History, as expressed within a human perspective, our combined experiential information can reveal the reasons for much puzzling human behavior and many world problems.
